    Hotel Cooking

I’m playing about a bit with putting things together here at the hotel. I just diced up a nice heirloom tomato and added some diced onion, got the onion at the farmer’s market. I poured the left over vinaigrette from a take away salad over top and hit it with a bit of salt and pepper. I’m doing this to make a bit of a topping for slices of the fresh baguette I bought at the farmer’s market today. Trying to use everything I get and see what happens when I mix it up. Looks good. It’s now in the fridge to maturate. I’ll eat it tonight. Wish I had more than a serrated fillet/steak knife to cut things with, but they don’t give you much here at the hotel.
