    Hollywood Hates you!

Please fell free to kill yourselves. If one of you wouldn't mind, please take me with you.

Lionsgate and the Firm are partnering on a feature adaptation of Thomas Kinkade's painting "The Christmas Cottage," aiming for a holiday season release.

"Christmas Cottage," set to begin shooting next month, will be financed by Lionsgate and produced by Kinkade's Birch Grove Films and Stirling Media labels. Producers will be the Firm's Julie Yorn along Thomas & Nanette Kinkade and Michael & Arla Dietz Campus. The Firm's Marc C. Gordon will be a co-exec producer.

I really hope they do this all-CGI animation. This is not surprise at all, it's common knowledge that 90% of Hollywood managers and agents simply LOVE Kinkaid's paintings.

I have a hard time believing a filmmaker came up with this idea...
